Base prices: one character + plain color background. Anything more than this will be charged extra1. Additional characters: + 80% of the base price.
2. Additional details like props, accessories, intricate clothing, complex pose, etc. will be charged extra depending on complexity.
3. Complex background will be charged extra (starting $10) based on complexity
4. Additional pets will cost starting $5.
5. Commissions based on text / description only (no pictures) will be charged extra.
6. Major revisions or more than 3 revision sessions will have extra fees as well.
how to order

When ordering a commission, you should already have read the Terms & Conditions and agreed with it
2. wait for the reply
I will reply you within the next few days on whether I can accept your commission order. I'll also be clarifying your order with you to make sure we're on the same page about the illustration. Once that's done, I will let you know how much I'll be charging for the commission.If I don't reply after a few days, I might have missed your message, so please feel free to send a follow up DM (through Instagram / Twitter at @artcemma) or email!
3. payment
Once we have finalized the order details and rate, I will send you a Paypal invoice. Your order and place in the queue is only confirmed once the invoice has been paid (either full or half)!For the Potrait tiers, I will ask for full payment upfront. For all other tiers, I will provide the option to pay half the amount upfront first.Once I have received either the full or half payment, I'll start working on the sketch! I will let you know approximately when I'll be starting your sketch and how many orders are ahead of yours.
I will update you on any major progress and send the final piece once I have recieved the full payment.

Payment 100% upfront in USD for all tiers. I will send the final piece in full resolution after I have received the full payment.You have maximum 3 revision sessions before I send the final file. Additional or major revisions will be charged!2. Artist’s Rights
I will still have rights to the artwork. This means I can post it on my social media accounts, use it as my portfolio, samples, etc. (but let me know if you prefer that I don’t post it publicly).
I also have the right to decline / cancel any commissions. Abusive or negative behavior are not tolerated and will result in automatic cancellation.
Do not copy / trace my work and do not claim it yours.
When using my artwork for posts, pfp, etc., please give full and visible credit, and don’t remove or edit the signature.3. References
Please send references!
(may include poses, character personality, outfits, background, color scheme, ornaments preferences, etc.)
Text-only-references will cost extra.4. Turnaround time:
Depending on complexity / workload, the commission will take 2 - 4 weeks. I will update you on any major progress / delays (if any). Your patience is greatly appreciated!5. Format
The final format will be PNG or JPEG to preserve quality.
For custom sizes, it should be written in “PX” (pixels) with the width x height or you could choose the A4 or Square size.6. Personal / Commercial Use
Commissions are strictly for personal use only. Editing, reselling and / or making merchandise out of the art is not allowed. For commercial use, please send me an email! In commercial use, rights from artwork must be purchased (cost depends and will be discussed).By commissioning me, you agree to the terms and conditions.
